Why
The practice this app supports is deliberately slow and structured: read, reflect, respond, rest. Every digital version I found either ignored that structure or buried it in features. I wanted the interface to hold the shape of the practice and then stay out of the way.
What's in it
- A session engine that walks through the four movements with real timing rather than a stopwatch.
- Audio playback with word-by-word highlighting.
- Session history.
- Four screens I designed myself, then built the logic behind.
Why it's here
It's the clearest example of me designing something rather than operating something. The interface decisions are mine, and the restraint is the point.
