How I work
- I measure the work before I change it. Every project here started by timing the manual process, not by picking a tool.
- I decide carefully what to leave alone. Some steps need a person, and removing a review step is usually a mistake.
- I maintain what I build. Everything here is deployed and running, and when it breaks it's mine to fix.
